This long-lasting, waterproof gel formula comes in the convenience of a pencil delivering a highly pigmented, ultra-smooth shimmery black to define eyes.
TIP
Line top and bottom lash lines to enhance and define your eyes. Use a light touch for a soft, natural line. Use a firmer touch for a bolder, more dramatic line. Smudge along the top and bottom lash lines for a smokey effect. Always cap eyeliner after each use.
